1Agreement Between User and NetQwix

The NetQwix website and platform is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the NetQwix platform constitutes your agreement to all such terms. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

2Modification of These Terms

NetQwix reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the platform is offered, including fees and charges. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website.

3Platform Description

NetQwix is an online platform connecting students (Trainees) with expert instructors (Trainers) for live online lessons, video coaching, and educational content across various disciplines including golf, fitness, music, and other skill-based subjects. NetQwix facilitates booking, payment, and delivery of sessions but is not responsible for the quality or legality of sessions provided by Trainers.

4User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account. NetQwix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5Trainer and Trainee Responsibilities

Trainers are solely responsible for the content, quality, and delivery of their lessons. Trainers represent they have the necessary qualifications and expertise to provide their stated services. Trainees are responsible for their own conduct during sessions. NetQwix does not independently verify Trainer credentials. Users agree to treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times.

6Payments, Fees, and Refunds

NetQwix facilitates payments between Trainees and Trainers through third-party payment processors. NetQwix charges a commission on each completed transaction. All fees are displayed prior to booking confirmation. Refund policies are governed by individual session cancellation terms agreed upon at booking. NetQwix reserves the right to modify its commission structure with reasonable notice.

7No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You warrant that you will not use the NetQwix platform for any unlawful purpose. You may not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with any other party's use. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or other user accounts.

8Communication Services

The platform includes messaging, video conferencing, and other communication features. You agree not to defame, harass, threaten or violate the rights of others; upload inappropriate, obscene, or unlawful content; upload harmful software; harvest information about others without consent; or violate any applicable laws. NetQwix reserves the right to review and remove any content at its sole discretion.

9Video Sessions and Recording

When recording features are enabled, users consent to sessions being recorded. Recordings are stored securely and may only be accessed by session participants. Sharing recordings without explicit consent of all participants is strictly prohibited. NetQwix is not responsible for any unauthorized sharing of recordings by users.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the NetQwix platform is the property of NetQwix or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant NetQwix a license to use and display such content in connection with operating the platform. You may not reproduce or distribute NetQwix proprietary content without prior written consent.

11Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE NETQWIX PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NETQWIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12Termination

NetQwix reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support@netqwix.com. Termination does not relieve users of obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

13Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the NetQwix platform.

All contents of the NetQwix platform are copyright 2025 by NetQwix.com and/or its suppliers. All rights reserved. The NetQwix name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of NetQwix, LLC. You must not use such marks without prior written permission.
